Graduation Transitions

The Graduation Transitions Program replaced the Graduation Portfolio model.
Starting in the 2007/08 school year, ALL students will be
participating in Graduation Transitions.

What are you going to do after you graduate high school? Do you have a plan?
The Grad Transitions Program helps prepare students for life after Secondary
School. It doesn't matter if you want to travel, work, or go to University. Grad
Transitions is designed to help you develop your plan.

There are 3 components of the Graduation Transitions
Plan:

  1. Personal Health - documentation of 150 mins. per week of moderate to vigorous physical activity in gr. 10, 11 & 12
  2. Community Connections - documentation of a minimum of 30 hrs. of
    community-based Work Experience
  3. Career & Life - development and presentation of a Transition Plan in gr.12
